Thank you for such a peaceful, beautiful, picturesque, ultra-clean, memorable place to stay. I tell everyone I know to stay at your place if they are traveling to Florida. It was also great of you to arrange for such perfect weather for us while we were there. Not a drop of rain for a solid week! All sunshine, all the time! IT WAS GREAT!!

Enjoyed 2.5 weeks here this past April! Great with the pool in front and nice views. A great standard as well and friendly and helpful owners! Recommend to anyone looking for a real vacation rental!

Coconut Villas was perfect for us -- a quiet oasis from a jam-packed wedding week. The furniture is comfy, the kitchen just the right size, and the view was spectacular off the dock. We had a pool just outside our door, and it felt like a private pool because each condo pair has its own. And most important, the owners/managers and staff were delightful, even filling a special request.

Coconut Villas exceeded all expectations. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and very clean. We gasped for the first 20 minutes of being there. It was extremely relaxing to watch the dolphins and pelicans in the morning. I cannot express enough what a wonderful time we had. I will always stay here whenever I visit Florida. Honeymoon Island is a beautiful beach and only a five minute drive away. Also Dunedin is an adorable little town with lots of shopping and nice restaurants. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful vacation!

We just came back from spending a week in Dunedin, Florida while staying at Coconut Villas. The condos are beautiful and are even nicer than the photos. They are decorated in tropical fashion. Annetta was wonderful to deal with. The facilities are very clean and right on the water. We actually had a dolphin swim right up within 15 feet from our balcony!! We hope to come back again!!
